It has been so much fun to watch and listen as Drew grasps this English language. I love that he is learning to use words to express his emotions rather than his actions.
For example, now, instead of hitting at me when he is upset he just points his finger at me and says, "Mommy! Time Out!"
At church today, I can't remember exactly what I said, but Emma agreed and said, "Me, too!" and Drew piped in with a "Me, three!" I was so glad Tom heard it too because it totally caught me off guard! Just cute!
Drew is a very polite little boy. When asked if he wants something, like dinner or his shoes on, he will ponder his response and then happily respond.
"uuuummmmm.... no, please!"
I think my mom said it best~ He is like a little book that just needed to be opened!
He is just the best little bundle of a boy!
